Creating lasting change in world language education requires **strong, empowered leaders**—and no one can do it alone. I work with **district support staff, teacher leaders, and educators** to expand their impact by developing the **skills, knowledge, and mindsets needed to lead with confidence and purpose**.

As a world language educator for over 20 years, I am dedicated to transforming world language education by empowering educators with proficiency-focused strategies. I specialize in consulting, curriculum design, and leadership coaching to help schools and districts enhance language instruction and develop engaging curricula. My mission is to build educator capacity through intentional and innovative learning solutions, and valuable resources, fostering student-centered, communication-driven classrooms.

Additionally, I collaborate with world language companies as subject matter experts to ensure their products emphasize proficiency.
