Proficiency Paths supports world language teachers and leaders in making meaningful, sustainable shifts toward communication-focused teaching and learning. We provide clear frameworks, practical tools, and supportive coaching that meet educators where they are and help them move forward with purpose. At the heart of our work is a commitment to empowering teachers, guiding leaders, and transforming programs so all learners can build real-world language proficiency.

As a world language educator for over 20 years, I am dedicated to transforming world language education by empowering educators with proficiency-focused strategies. I specialize in consulting, curriculum design, and leadership coaching to help schools and districts enhance language instruction and develop engaging curricula. My mission is to build educator capacity through intentional and innovative learning solutions, and valuable resources, fostering student-centered, communication-driven classrooms.

Additionally, I collaborate with world language companies as subject matter experts to ensure their products emphasize proficiency.
